Our philosophy begins with a dedication to our clients’ missions and goals. It means providing the best possible service, continuous communication and great follow-through — not to mention delivering sound strategy, novel creative and state-of-the-art database marketing. It’s about taking care of the details, handling problems and, most of all, being concerned and involved with all of our clients not just as clients, but as people.
This philosophy also extends to our employees and communities. Our tradition of “giving back” and company-sponsored community service includes building homes with Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, conducting local food drives during the holiday season, assembling USO care packages for troops overseas, and serving as counselors to children with AIDS at Paul Newman’s Hole In The Wall Gang Camp in Florida.
In celebration of our 25th anniversary, TLC committed to a Year of Service in communities across the country. In 2012, TLC staff, clients and friends supported a new charity in a different city every month. Learn more about our adventures.
