Erik has more than ten years of data processing experience. Prior to joining The Lukens Company, he was the lead data processor and manager of a mail shop in upstate New York. This experience has allowed Erik to have a unique end-to-end perspective on mail file creation, USPS process flow, and results analysis.
Today Erik specializes in file analysis for mail file creation and advanced results analytics. He supervises merge/purge processing for all types of multi-channel marketing projects including acquisition, lapsed, and renewals. Prior to concentrating in direct mail, Erik managed processing and database conversions for a variety of clients, including Highlights for Children, Gevalia Coffee, Publishers Clearing House, and Readers Digest.
In his spare time, Erik enjoys fishing, bowling, and spending time with his wife and little girl. One family activity they all love is decorating the house for the holidays, which they typically begin preparing for in October. Their Christmas light display features over 10,000 lights that are synchronized to music – a production that has rightfully helped the Pfalzer family place annually in Dale City’s Christmas Decorating Contest.
